Shipping policy

Please be aware that once your order has been fulfilled by us and picked up by USPS (or other shipping provider) you will receive a tracking number from that provider. 

Once you have received your tracking number, your product is out of our hands, and the shipping provider is then responsible to deliver your item(s) to the address you provided in a timely manner.  

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, nor can we guarantee that the shipping provider will accurately deliver your item(s).  

B.O.M.Socks will not be held responsible for inaccurately delivered packages or untimely deliveries.  Please double check your shipping address and ensure that your  place of delivery is secure.  We recommend checking your tracking information often and being aware of estimated delivery times so that you can quickly retrieve your item(s).
